The Villa OASIS is located in Genzano di Roma, a beautiful town on the roman castle' s hills, near the Nemi's lake.
The self-standing villa with its beautiful panoramic view is situated in a quiet private park surrounded by vineyards. Distance from Rome 30km, from the beach 18km. Horse riding facilities at 500m.

The surroundings offer the opportunity for beautiful walking-tours, but also a great number of interesting historic monuments. The Pope’s summer residence is located in the neighbouring village of Castel Gandolfo, in top of the homonymous lake. The Roman Castle’s Hills are also famous for their good wine which can be enjoyed in one of the typical restaurants together with the “porchetta” (grilled porc).

APARTMENT

The apartment OASIS is located on the lower floor of the Villa. It is bright and furnished with taste and has two bedrooms, a kitchenette, fridge, TV Sat and a bathroom with shower. Private veranda with table and chairs, Barbecue, separate entrance. Shaded private parking-area. Smoking is NOT allowed inside the house.

THE GARDEN

The big garden with numerous Mediterranean plants and a vineyard offer a relaxed and quiet atmosphere. Lemon-, cherry, and olive trees, the vegetable garden as well as the roses and other flowers donate in every month of the year a different colourful picture. Several garden- and lawn seats invite to a serene book lecture. Naturist and lifestyle couples are welcome.
